You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item for any reason.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns of used or opened items are not accepted due to hygiene standards.

Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Reuzel™ Fiber Pomade creates hours of textured definition with a firm but pliable hold and a low shine finish. Works best on shorter hair, and is particularly effective on medium to thicker hair types. Fiber Pomade will texturize and increase fullness for a straight out of bed, disheveled look.

APPLICATION:
Remove a liberal amount from tin and emulsify in the palms. Apply to towel dried or blow dried hair, staring in the crown and working toward the front. Work scalp to ends thoroughly coating hair. Use more pomade over any dry spots, and finish by sculpt hair into desired shape.
