ProHair Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition
  • Contact us at support@prohair.ca to start your return

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • We'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice
  • We cover all return shipping costs for our errors
  • Send us a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it within 24 hours

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued

Exchanges

Want a different product instead? No problem. Contact us at support@prohair.ca and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll set aside your preferred item so it's ready to ship the moment your return arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: hair brushes, combs, and personal grooming tools that have been used. Sealed/unopened items in these categories can still be returned within 30 days.
