Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian and Quebec statutory holidays
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day

3. Free Shipping
Orders over $120 CAD (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada and to the USA. Applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Track your package at:
- Canada Post: canadapost.ca
- UPS: ups.com
- FedEx: fedex.com
- Purolator: purolator.com
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and building management, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, email support@prohair.ca within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
6. USA & International Orders
Orders to the USA typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders (select countries) arrive within 5–15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders shipped outside Canada — these are the customer's responsibility. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
7. Address Changes
Contact support@prohair.ca immediately for address changes. Changes can only be made before the order ships.
