You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item for any reason.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns of used or opened items are not accepted due to hygiene standards.
How to Initiate a Return

Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items received as part of a promotion must be returned with the original order.

Refunds

This quick-absorbing, leave-in conditioner with a moisture preserving blend quenches dry, coarse curls leaving them nourished and soft with frizz control and shine.
While the Decadence system is most often associated with dry, coarse curly hair textures, if your curls crave ultra-moisture, you can definitely use Leave-In Decadence®. If you have finer hair you may want to start with a small amount first to see how it works with your curls.
