What causes dandruff?
In most cases, dandruff is caused by Malassezia globosa — a yeast that naturally lives on the scalp. It breaks down sebum into oleic acid, which irritates sensitive scalps and accelerates skin cell shedding. Anti-fungal ingredients target this directly.
Is dandruff the same as a dry scalp?

How often should I use an anti-dandruff shampoo?
