Tondeo Razor and Blade Compatibility Guide

Tondeo razors do not all use the same blade. Match the razor model and blade family exactly before ordering: a blade that looks similar is not proof of compatibility.

Current compatibility map

  • Comfort Cut razor: compatible with Comfort Cut 1111 and Comfort Safe 1103 blades. The current 100-pack Comfort Safe blade has a 50 mm serrated edge for cutting, shaving and controlled texturizing.
  • TM straight razor: uses the short 40 mm TCR blade format. Choose the 10-pack for a smaller refill or the 100-pack for higher-volume professional use.
  • Kingsguard straight razor: uses replaceable TCR blades and includes ten TCR blades.
  • Sifter extra-long razor: is supplied with TSS3 blades for its 62 mm extra-long working format. Confirm TSS3 on the exact replacement listing before ordering.
  • Hair Tattoo 10 mm blades: are designed for detailed hair patterns and precision work. Current sourced evidence names 1110TMC and 1124C compatibility; this narrow detail blade is not the same format as the full-length TSS3 blade.

How to avoid the wrong refill

  1. Read the model number on the razor or its original packaging.
  2. Match that model to the compatibility statement on the blade page.
  3. Choose pack size only after confirming the blade family.
  4. If the model number is missing or unreadable, do not force a blade into the holder—contact ProHair before ordering.

10-pack or 100-pack?

The TCR 10-pack and 100-pack use the same short TCR family; the difference is quantity. A 10-pack suits occasional use or a first compatibility check. A 100-pack reduces reordering for a busy salon or barbershop. Store replacement blades dry and in their original packaging, and follow local sharps-disposal requirements after use.
