BENEFITS Formulated for dry and brittle hair that needs new life. USE After rinsing the Plumping Hair Serum, apply the Smoothing Treatment to thoroughly towel-dried hair. Leave on for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the type of hair. Rinse with water only and proceed with styling and drying.
