Oligo - Techno Acid Wave Perm
With the Oligo Professional waves, you can create bouncy natural looking curls on all hair types. With their low alkalinity levels, (ph 7.2 to 7.4), these waves are in better harmony with the hair and the scalp. Tecno is an acidic wave specially formulated for color-treated and highlighted hair up to 50%. The activator is composed of a complex blend which protects the hair very vulnerable due to previous chemical services.
